Faraona Grand Hotel

I arrived on july 27th late at night and was assigned a room on the second floor ... as soon as i entered the room, there was loud music coming from the street (it was a party for Peru national day). I asked the reception to move to another more quiet room and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much more quieter! Buffet breakfast was really good though selection is very limited to bread, cereal, scrambled eggs, potatoes, ham and cheese.

This hotel is beyond my expectations. It’s a true 4 star hotel. Receptionist, door man, breakfast staffs everyone here is very attentive and helpful. Room is very clean. Location is great. You can walk to Lacomar in 20 min or take bus right by the corner to old downtown. It also close to Inca market if you like to buy souvenirs. Breakfast is good with enough selections. I wish I stayed here 2 years ago. When I come back, definitely will stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beds Pillows and sheets were the most comfortable in all our stay across Peru over 30 days in November. The location couldn't be any better near Kennedy Park and all the shops. The street has some lively bars but no noise could be heard from the hotel room. One of our better stays to say the least. Friendly and helpful staff. We tipped the doorman who help us with Taxis and carried luggage to our room and stored it for us on arrival and on departure before we headed to airport. Definitely a 5 star luxury experience. Breakfast we ordered Omelettes for only 10 soles and it was very good. Street Murals really wowed me and looked real, I attached for fun.

The location was perfect., about mid-way between the airport and the historic town center. We were made very welcome by the receptionist, who could not have been more warm and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable; wifi worked well. Dinner was delicious and well-served. Everything was very clean. Our room was quiet, tho it overlooked the street - room darkening curtains were a plus. Our room was excellent value for money.

I loved the location. There were restaurants and bars close by. I liked the front desk staff. They were friendly and helpful. They even called all the non working telephone numbers of different tour agencies that I supplied them with multiple times. The doorman was awesome and gave me lot of information. Breakfast was good. Room was comfy.
